Red Box SRL provides an integrated digital ecosystem for the hospitality industry — including POS systems, ERP integrations, inventory and HR management, and electronic billing (SSPoint).

Red Box connects restaurants, hotels, and service businesses with:

• Implementation Partners who install and train staff on the system.
• Technology Partners who provide integrations or network support.
• Accounting Partners who assist with financial setup and ERP alignment.

The goal of Red Box is to help businesses operate efficiently through secure, cloud-based tools.

2. Who We Are

Red Box SRL is a company registered in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Our Services may also connect with affiliated platforms such as CloudReports, SSPoint, and certified third-party providers.

3. Who Can Use Red Box

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Be authorized to act on behalf of a registered business or organization.
• Provide true, accurate, and current information.

By using Red Box, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

4. Your Account

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Fees and Payments

Certain Services (subscriptions, installations, integrations) require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes on time according to your chosen plan.

All payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Azul, SSPoint). Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Red Box may integrate with third-party systems such as CloudReports ERP, SSPoint Electronic Billing, Azul Payment Gateway, and delivery or accounting platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, reliability, or data handling. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Red Box platform — including software, design, trademarks, and documentation — belong to Red Box SRL or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our Services without prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms,
• Misuse the system, or
• Fail to pay required fees.

You may terminate your subscription or account at any time by contacting admin@redbox.do. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments.

10. Disclaimer

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that Red Box will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all hardware or networks. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Box SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services — including loss of profits, revenue, or data.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via our website or email.
