Cancelation, Refund and Delivery Policies

1. Service Delivery Policy (Digital)

When making a purchase on our portal, service delivery is carried out electronically and immediately:

  Delivery method: Once payment is confirmed by the platform, the system will automatically generate a unique QR code which is only known by the buyer and verifiable by RedBox.

• •

  Delivery time: A link to the QR code and the reservation information will be sent to the email address provided by the user within a period not exceeding 15 minutes. It will also be available for download on the purchase confirmation screen.

  User responsibility: It is the cardholder's responsibility to provide a valid email address and check their "Junk Mail" (Spam) folder. Likewise, it is also the user's responsibility to keep their unique QR code safe until use. If you do not receive your code in the stipulated time, you must contact us at admin@redbox.do.

2. Cancelation and Refund Policy

In case your plans change and you wish to cancel your purchase:

  Cancelations by the merchant: The user must contact the business with which they made their reservation directly and exhaust the cancelation procedure.

• •

  Rejection for claimed QR code: In the case of a QR code that is shown as already claimed, the business will not be forced to proceed with the cancelation request.

  Completion of the process: Once the cancelation is approved, the QR code will be invalidated.

3. Use of QR Code and No-Show

  Validity: The QR code is valid until its claim by the staff of the business where the reservation was made.

  No Presentation (No-Show): If the cardholder does not show up at the establishment to validate their QR at the time of the reservation, the QR code will remain valid until use.

4. Modifications

For any modification, the buyer must contact the establishment where they made their reservation.
